While Paris Hilton is promoting her boobs on Instagram, her 20-year-old brother Conrad Hilton is apparently keeping up the family tradition of behaving in a fashion that makes everyone hate rich people. TMZ is reporting that Conrad was arrested today for an incident that took place on an international flight back in June. Sources say Hilton freaked out on the plane, possibly after being busted smoking for smoking weed in the bathroom mid-flight.
